Purchase Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a Purchase Executive with experience in real estate and construction projects. The role involves procurement of construction materials, vendor coordination, cost negotiation, and ensuring timely supply to project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure construction materials such as cement, steel, sand, aggregates, fittings, MEP items, and finishing materials
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved BOQ and project requirements
• Coordinate with project, site, and store teams to ensure timely material delivery
• Track material consumption and maintain stock levels at site
• Verify supplier invoices with PO, GRN, and measurement sheets
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and budgets
• Maintain vendor database and purchase documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Engineering, or relevant discipline
• 2–5 years of procurement experience in real estate or construction projects
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, and construction materials
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
• Good negotiation and coordination skills

Preferred Skills:

• Site-level procurement experience
• Cost control and vendor development
• Ability to work under project timelines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per year
