Purchase Executive

Responsibilities:

• Supplier management: Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best value on products and services. Maintain and develop strong relationships with vendors.
• Procurement operations: Manage the entire purchasing cycle, including issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and processing invoices.
• Inventory and demand planning: Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and ensure adequate stock for production.
• Cost and market analysis: Analyze spending patterns and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-reduction strategies.
• Record-keeping and compliance: Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure all activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
• Quality assurance: Test product quality based on procurement requirements and quality assurance standards.

Required qualifications

• Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is often required.
• Experience: Proven experience in a procurement, purchasing, or similar role is typically necessary.
• Skills:
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in procurement or inventory management software.
• Attention to detail.
• Problem-solving abilities.

Experience: Fresher to Experienced (up to 2 years)

Note: 4 wheeler driving License mandatory
