Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities within our organization. The role involves sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely purchase of quality materials and services to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost efficiency.
• Issue purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely supply.
• Maintain updated records of purchases, suppliers, and pricing.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory/warehouse team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement/purchasing roles preferred.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
