Purchase Executive

Position: Purchase ( Senior Position )

Location: Palej, Gujarat

Experience: 4 – 5 Years (mandatory experience in ERP system)

Job Responsibilities:

• * Manage end-to-end purchase operations including vendor development, negotiation, and finalization.
• * Handle procurement of raw materials, consumables, and other required items as per company needs.
• * Maintain and update purchase records in ERP system accurately.
• * Evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, delivery timelines, and service.
• * Ensure timely release of purchase orders and follow-up with vendors for on-time delivery.
• * Maintain inventory levels by coordinating with stores and production teams.
• * Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• * Prepare MIS reports related to purchase, cost analysis, and vendor performance.
• * Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and payment release.
• * Develop cost-saving strategies and build long-term vendor relationships.

Key Skills Required:

• *Strong knowledge of ERP systems (mandatory).
• * Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• * Good knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
• * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• * Ability to handle multiple vendors and materials simultaneously.
