Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Purchase Executive specializing in Interiors materials. The Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing purchase orders, handling purchase requisitions, overseeing procurement processes, and maintaining effective communication with suppliers and internal teams. Daily tasks include identifying suppliers, negotiating contracts, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and collaborating with project managers to meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management
• Strong skills in Procurement processes and supplier negotiations
• Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with suppliers and internal teams
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Previous experience in the interior design or construction industry is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for purchase management
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
