Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage hotel inventory, including linen, uniforms, cutlery, glassware, crockery, and other supplies.
  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement of goods and services.
  • Ensure timely delivery of items to meet business needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory levels.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in purchase management or related field (hotel industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective vendor coordination.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
