2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Robosol - Dynamics 365).
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Expertise in direct and indirect purchasing.
Proficiency in advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize procurement operations.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Manage direct and indirect procurement of goods, ensuring cost efficiency and quality.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best deals.
Utilize ERP systems (Robosol - Dynamics 365) for purchase order processing, inventory management, and supplier tracking.
Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely deliveries and quality compliance.
Monitor market trends, assess risks, and implement cost-saving procurement strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement regulations, and Incoterms.
Collaborate with internal teams to align purchasing activities with business needs.
