Job Title: Market Research Executive (Female only ) Location: Hyderabad , Secunderabad (Work from Office) Work Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM | Monday to Saturday Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives Experience: Freshers Welcome (Training Provided) About the Role We are seeking a smart and enthusiastic female candidate to join our team as a Research & Outreach Executive at our Secunderabad office. The role primarily involves online research and customer outreach for our range of reusable and sustainable products, used widely by schools, NGOs, and corporate organizations. Key Responsibilities Online Research & Lead Generation (80%) Identify potential customers (schools, NGOs, corporates) through internet research. Maintain and update databases with accurate contact and organization details. Send outreach emails and coordinate physical mail/post deliveries—no phone calls required. On-Ground Support for Meetings (20%) Occasionally visit or accompany a team member for brief 15–20 minute meetings with interested clients in Hyderabad/Secunderabad. Explain product benefits and share brochures/sample kits as needed. Candidate Requirements Gender: Female Languages: Fluent in English and Telugu (spoken and written) Computer Skills: Proficient in internet browsing, MS Word, Excel, and email communication Comfortable with Google Sheets and basic CRM tools Other Qualities: Good communication and presentation skills Reliable, well-organized, and self-motivated Willingness to travel locally for short meetings (occasionally) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Required) Work Location: In person
