1. Responsible for arranging quotes and releasing purchase orders.
2. Follow up with supplier for delivery as per schedule.
3. Responsible for updating live status.
4. Convince suppliers with Techno-commercial evaluation to optimize product cost.
5. Develop healthy relations with suppliers.
6. Development, evaluation and approval of new suppliers.
7. Approved Supplier performance evaluation.
8. Forecasting & execution of orders as per schedule.
9. Supplier quality management system improvement.
10. Responsible for transit and traceability until store inward.
11. Responsible for control of non-conforming products based on QC feedback. (Rework and rejections)
12. Responsible for immediate resolution of techno-commercial non-conformity.
13. Timely submission of supplier challans and invoices to accounts.
14. Arrangement of local transportation of BOP and raw material.
15. Effective internal department communication.
16. Manage cash expenses and timely submission of supporting to accounts.
17. Maintain a Clean desk policy.
18. Develop alternate products equivalent to design specifications.
Data management of products, product cost, suppliers and supplier performance.
