· Analyze business requirements and develop procurement strategies.
· Source and evaluate suppliers, conduct market research, and compare prices.
· Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
· Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely payment.
· Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to understand technical requirements.
· Evaluate supplier technical capabilities and product quality.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
· Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships.
· Conduct supplier audits, performance evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Resolve supplier-related issues and disputes.
· Analyze and optimize procurement costs.
· Identify cost-saving opportunities through supplier negotiations or process improvements.
· Develop and manage budgets for procurement projects.
· Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and contracts.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.
· Manage and track procurement-related documentation.
