Manager / Sr. Manager Prepared By - HR Approved By - CEO Summary of Position - Position is established to ensure the organization is running with smooth and efficient Purchase that meet the expectations and needs of customer. Job Description - Evaluation & execution of MRP checking MRP for shortage Qty as per plan, ECN & ECR parts & placing PO to supplier considering open order status with SPQ & MOQ - Follow up of supplier with effective tracking sheet for on time material availability with required Qty, correct price & good quality. - Negotiations. - Import supplier communication. - On time GRN- Follow up with store team for on tie GRN. - Resolution of material quality issue on time. - Supplier payment Take follow up with accounts team to clear supplier payment on time. - Supplier Performance monitoring & communicating with supplier their performance in terms of quality, OTD, line Rejection, line stoppage, premium freight. - Determines the need for and leads supplier meeting on agreements concern and coordinates other supplier activities as appropriate. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work : - This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Travel : - Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected. - Experience : - 4 to 5 Years in Electronics, Electrical, Electromechanical Industry. Preferred Industry Type: Electronic Manufacturing Services. Qualification - - Diploma / BE in Electronics, Electrical - Six Sigma Green / Black Belt. - Preferred: MBA in operations.
