Job Description

Location : Ahmedabad Job Role & Responsibility Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers and vendors. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to ensure cost-effective purchases. Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies. Maintain and update supplier records, purchase data, and pricing details. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store/warehouse team for timely replenishment. Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials/services. Resolve issues related to shortages, quality, or delivery delays. Develop and maintain vendor relationships for long-term collaboration. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and budgetary requirements. Assist in periodic audits, reports, and MIS related to purchases.
