Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Bill Upload & Processing:
Ensure accurate and timely uploading of purchase bills into the system.
Invoice Verification:
Cross-check purchase bills with supporting documents, including PO, GRN, and approvals.
Coordination with Departments:
Work closely with the purchase, finance, and site teams to resolve discrepancies.
Payment Processing:
Follow up on vendor payments, prepare payment requests, and coordinate with the finance team.
Record Keeping & Compliance:
Maintain proper documentation of all bills, approvals, and payment details.
Vendor Communication:
Liaise with vendors for billing queries and ensure smooth payment processing.
Reporting:
Prepare periodic reports on billing status, pending invoices, and payment progress.

Desired Profile:

Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or a related field.
Experience:
2-5 years in billing, accounts payable, or finance in the real estate industry.
Skills Required:

Proficiency in Tally / ERP software.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
