Purchase Associate

As a Procurement Officer, your role will involve preparing and processing purchase orders, scheduling and verifying purchase deliveries, and finding reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality suppliers. You will be responsible for negotiating prices and contracts with suppliers, determining purchase needs, and monitoring inventory levels. Additionally, you will prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) specifying materials to be ordered, maintain regular inventory management and stock reports, and conduct periodic stock verification to ensure accuracy at all times. Generating periodic project progress reports and maintaining all store-related documents properly will also be part of your responsibilities.
