Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Purchase Associate to support procurement operations at Indianeye Security Pvt Ltd– Belgaum. The role involves vendor coordination, price negotiation, purchase documentation, and ensuring the timely procurement of materials and services. Candidates with experience in hospitality, wellness, or farm-to-table environments will be preferred. Key Responsibilities · Assist in implementing procurement policies and procedures. · Coordinate with vendors, negotiate pricing, and maintain strong supplier relationships. · Collect quotations and prepare price comparison statements. · Process purchase orders, GRNs, invoices, and payment documentation. · Manage inward and outward movement of materials with accurate records. · Maintain vendor databases, purchase logs, and stock coordination updates. · Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to procurement improvements. · Work closely with kitchen, housekeeping, stores, and operations for requirement planning. Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or similar field. · 1–2 years of experience in purchase or procurement. · Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. · Proficiency in MS Office and basic procurement software. · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. · Ability to work both independently and in a team. Desired Skills · Knowledge of procurement best practices and vendor management. · Experience in hospitality, eco-retreats, or farm-based sourcing preferred. · Understanding of inventory and supply chain processes. · Ability to support cost optimization initiatives.
