Purchase Analyst

Stock & Purchase Management

• Monitor stock levels daily across all platforms and warehouses.
• Forecast demand using sales trends, seasonality, and marketing inputs.
• Analyze stocks to minimize stock outs and overstocking.

Vendor & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Work with sales, accounts, operations, and warehousing teams to align inventory with demand.
• Escalate supplier delays or risks proactively and recommend alternatives.

Reporting & Analytics

• Partner with the analytics team to develop daily/weekly/monthly dashboards (Excel/Power BI).
• Work jointly to generate insights on purchase efficiency, stock turnover, and vendor performance.
• Present data-driven recommendations to management on reducing costs and improving availability.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
