Publisher Manager - Affiliate

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners that align with the brand’s objectives and values
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing affiliates to enhance program performance.
• Manage end-to-end execution of mobile & web performance campaigns (CPI, CPL, CPA, CPS) through affiliate networks.
• Collaborate with affiliates and publishers to maximize traffic quality and conversions.
• Monitor campaign budgets, performance KPIs, and fraud detection metrics to ensure optimal delivery.
• Analyze campaign data and implement performance optimizations (traffic sources, creative adjustments, and targeting improvements).
• Identify top-performing affiliates and expand partnerships for revenue growth.
• Worked with internal teams to align mobile campaign goals with overall business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and fraud detection protocols (SDK tracking, anti-fraud tools).
• Work closely with fraud monitoring teams to eliminate fraudulent activities and improve traffic quality.
• Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights for campaign improvements.
• Maintain regular communication with partners, affiliates, and internal stakeholders regarding campaign progress.
