Public Relations Specialist

The Good Edge is looking for a PR Specialist in Delhi. We are a fast-growing PR and corporate communications firm, servicing a roster of top Indian and MNC firms particularly in the BFSI, consulting and tech sectors as well as some exciting start-ups.

The role:

• Manage and execute multiple client operations, including media advisories and reports
• Execute PR campaigns aligned with client objectives and brand messaging
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure press coverage across various platforms
• Prepare first draft of press releases, articles, and other engaging content to effectively communicate client stories and key messages
• Coordinate and manage events, press conferences to enhance brand visibility and media engagement
• Track media coverage, analyze campaign performance, and prepare comprehensive reports showcasing results and recommendations for improvements
• Explore and identify opportunities for clients across social media and new media including podcasts, digital events/ conferences etc.
• Support new business acquisitions from research and analysis to preparing pitch presentations

Requirements and eligibility:

• 2+ years' experience in PR, preferably in handling clients
• Master’s/ Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication/ PR/ Journalism from a reputed institute, or an MBA in Marketing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills
• Continuous learning approach towards business and understanding the core sector and media trends
• Respect towards all client requirements demonstrating complete client centricity
• Ability to collaborate and nurture positive working relationships with clients, colleagues within the agency and across the network
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to think creatively or use tools to flesh out ideas

Remuneration will be at par with industry standards and in line with your qualifications and experience.
