The company offers expert guidance to both listed companies and startups for Corporate Restructuring, Making Research Report, raising funds, Guidance and support to file the DRHP for IPO’s, Mergers and Acquisition and other IR & PR activities.

Role Description

This is a full-time/ partime role for a Public Relations and Investment Relations Specialist located in Ahmedabad for my existing clients. The specialist will be responsible for crafting press releases, managing public relations, and handling media relations. Daily tasks include strategic communications, creating and implementing PR campaigns, and maintaining a positive public image for the company. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders is essential to amplify the company's presence and ensure message consistency.

You must have previous experience, as most of my clients are listed companies on the exchange hence i want all the guideliens to be followed.

If only PR or IR is your expertise, or if you require more people in your team to complete and execute the service, I am fine. I have more than enough office space with sufficient cabins and open workspace. You can choose to work from home or the office.

• Expertise in Strategic Communications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
• Experience in a similar role is advantageous
