Talent Checklist: Experience of working in a Public Relations company. The candidates can have experience in any sector. A prior working experience of 2 to 8 years in public relations, brand building with a PR firm. Knowledge of financial markets and financial statements (preferred for BFSI clients). Degree in Journalism / Mass Communication. Connected to a network of journalists/associates on Pan India basis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to make presentations. Experience of working with new age media like podcasters, Influencers. Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills. Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets and Docs. Job Description: Contribute to discussions related to story ideas and planning PR campaigns. To develop content and draft quotes. Prepare a category, competition scan. Scan the latest print and online news to identify relevant story ideas for clients. Ability to draft social media posts and find relevant tags and hashtags (this does not involve preparing creative or design content). Prepare media pitch notes. Understand new age media platforms like Twitter Spaces, Podcasts, etc. Prepare a monthly & quarterly review.
