Job Description

As a Strategic Communication & Brand Management professional, your role will involve developing and implementing comprehensive public relations strategies that are aligned with the school's vision and goals. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the school's brand identity across all communication channels to ensure consistent messaging and a positive public perception. Acting as the primary contact for media inquiries, you will facilitate interviews with school leadership and staff, draft and distribute press releases, media advisories, and media kits, as well as monitor media coverage and manage crisis communications effectively. Your responsibilities will also include content creation and dissemination, where you will write, edit, and produce engaging content for various platforms such as the school website, newsletters, social media, brochures, and annual reports. You will highlight school achievements, student successes, staff expertise, and community involvement while managing the school's social media presence to ensure regular updates and interaction. In terms of community and stakeholder engagement, you will build and maintain strong relationships with parents, alumni, local community leaders, educational organizations, and other key stakeholders. This will involve organizing and promoting school events, open houses, and community outreach programs, as well as gathering feedback from stakeholders to inform communication strategies and school improvements. Your role will also encompass internal communication, where you will work with school leadership to ensure effective communication among staff, students, and parents. You will assist in drafting important announcements, policies, and internal newsletters to keep the school community informed. Additionally, you will collaborate with the admissions team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that attract prospective students, represent the school at educational fairs and community events, and monitor and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns and communication efforts. You will prepare reports on PR activities and their impact on the school's reputation and enrollment. This position requires excellent communication and convincing skills. The job type is full-time, and the work location is in person. Female candidates are preferred for this role. The schedule is a day shift.,
