Job Summary: We're seeking a talented Public Relations Officer to join our team and provide exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain a strong online presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer relations, sales development, and marketing support. Key Responsibilities: Induction and Sales Development - Manage induction and sales development meetings - Invite new sales persons to join our organization - Conduct site visits and field training Customer Relations - Manage customer relationships and communication - Provide documentation and legal assistance to customers - Finalize customer deals and ensure timely payment Marketing Support - Provide marketing support to the marketing team - Manage social media accounts and maintain a strong online presence - Coordinate with the sales team for sales and after-sales support Data Management and Reporting - Manage database of customers and sales performance - Generate reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics Sales and Customer Support - Follow up on leads received from front office, CMD, and digital marketing - Attend to potential customers and understand their requirements - Present available open plots to potential customers and explain venture features and benefits - Maintain a database of customers and follow up with them regularly - Mobilize advance payment from customers and follow up on balance payment - Help customers facilitate registration and attend site meetings and in-house meetings Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer relations, sales development, and marketing support - Master’s Degree with post-graduation in a relevant field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances - Strong knowledge of social media platforms and online marketing strategies
