Public Relations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Public Relations (PR) Manager to manage and strengthen relationships between the mall, its tenants, and external stakeholders. The role involves tenant coordination, client relationship management, brand representation, and issue resolution, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all mall partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between the mall management and tenants.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with mall tenants and key clients.
• Address tenant concerns, grievances, and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, security, housekeeping) to resolve tenant-related matters.
• Support tenant onboarding, store launches, promotions, and mall-wide campaigns.
• Plan and execute PR activities, events, and communication initiatives within the mall.
• Ensure consistent communication of mall policies, guidelines, and updates to tenants.
• Manage crisis situations, customer complaints, and public-facing issues diplomatically.
• Represent the mall during events, meetings, and external interactions.
• Collect feedback from tenants and provide actionable insights to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in PR, client relations, hospitality, or media relations.
• Candidate should be based in Siliguri.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English is required; knowledge of Nepali and/or Bengali will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
