Public Relations Manager

We are hiring for Public Relation Manager at Navabharat Media.

Job Summary -

The PR Manager is responsible for building and maintaining a positive public image for the organization. The role includes developing PR strategies, managing media relations, coordinating events, handling crisis communication, and promoting brand visibility across print, digital, and broadcast platforms.

Position - Public Relation Manager

Qualification - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations)

Experience - 8–10 years of experience ( PR, media relations, or corporate communications,preferably in the media industry.)

Department: Public Relations / Corporate Communications

Industry: Media (Print, Digital, Broadcast)

Reports To: Head – Marketing & Communications / General Manager

Salary - 45 k to 50k ctc pm

Roles & Responsiblities -

• Develop and execute PR and communication strategies to enhance brand reputation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media houses, and influencers.
• Draft and distribute press releases, media statements, and content for internal and
• external communication.
• Coordinate and manage press conferences, media events, product launches, and
• corporate campaigns.
• Monitor media coverage and analyze PR campaign effectiveness.
• Handle crisis communication and serve as a company spokesperson when needed.
• Collaborate with marketing, editorial, and digital teams to ensure consistent brand
• messaging.
• Strengthen the organization’s presence on social media and digital platforms.
