What you’ll do

• Draft press notes/releases, founder quotes, media kits & FAQs
• Build media lists, email pitches, follow-ups; track mentions
• Coordinate interviews/events; support crisis notes & talking points

Tools you’ll use
Google Docs/Sheets, Gmail (mail merge tools like GMass), Notion, Canva (media kits), HARO/Qwoted, Hootsuite/Buffer (monitoring), basic Meltwater/Cision (if available).

Skills
Crisp writing & storytelling, research, journalist outreach, follow-ups, event coordination, social listening, relationship building.
