Public Relations Intern

Position: PR and Sponsorship Intern
Duration: 2–3 MonthsStipend: ₹7,500/monthMode: Hybrid (Remote + On-Ground as per requirement)Key Responsibilities:* Identify and reach out to potential sponsors, collaborators, and brand partners* Draft sponsorship proposals, collaboration emails, and outreach communication* Maintain databases and trackers for sponsorship outreach and follow-ups* Coordinate with external stakeholders including brand representatives, media agencies, influencers, and collaborators* Assist in the development and execution of PR and sponsorship strategies* Support on-ground event teams in managing partner visibility and deliverables* Contribute to internal meetings with ideas and suggestions for partnerships and collaborations* Help maintain relationships with local media and community leadsCandidate Profile:* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Confident in initiating conversations and building professional relationships* Highly organized and capable of managing multiple outreach tasks* Proactive and solution-oriented mindset* Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and basic design platforms like Canva (preferred)* Prior experience in PR, partnerships, or event-related sponsorships (including academic projects or internships) is an added advantageWhat We Offer:* Practical exposure to brand partnerships and sponsorship management* Experience working on real-time event campaigns* Certificate of Internship and Letter of Recommendation (based on performance)* Access to a professional network across industries* Flexible working format with a collaborative environment
