Role Overview

PR Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting press releases, media pitches, and content for PR campaigns.
• Support media outreach and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare daily/weekly PR reports.
• Research industry trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand visibility.
• Help in organizing and coordinating events, interviews, and press conferences.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align PR activities with overall brand strategy.
• Support personal branding initiatives for company leaders by drafting thought-leadership articles, LinkedIn posts, and speaking engagement content.
• Assist in identifying and securing opportunities for podcasts, webinars, panels, and industry events for leadership representation.
• Maintain a content calendar for personal branding and corporate communications to ensure consistent messaging.

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate in

  Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with media, PR tools, and social platforms is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn, with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
