Role Summary: We’re looking for a video-first social media content creator who lives and breathes internet culture, short-form video trends, and knows how to turn a basic idea into a viral-worthy reel. This is a full-time, on-site internship at our Bangalore office. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn clips) Work closely with the team to create founder-centric, startup-relevant content Stay on top of social media trends, audio trends, formats, and viral hooks Edit using tools like CapCut , InShot , Adobe Premiere , or similar Assist in building 16VC’s brand presence across platforms via video Capture behind-the-scenes content at events, meetings, or shoot days You Are: Obsessed with Reels, TikToks, Shorts — and know what’s trending this week Handy with a camera (phone or DSLR) and basic lighting/audio setups Proficient in video editing and content optimization for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn A strong visual storyteller with an eye for framing, timing, and aesthetics Comfortable taking initiative, experimenting, and working fast Based in Bangalore and available to work on-site full-time What You Get: ₹30,000–₹40,000/month stipend Opportunity to build a high-impact content portfolio Access to startup founders, VC events, and cutting-edge tech stories Hands-on experience shaping the public image of a venture capital brand A fast-moving, creative environment with tons of room to grow

We are hiring a full-time Personal Assistant , based in Bengaluru , to support our leadership team with day-to-day executive and administrative tasks. This is a dynamic role requiring strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
