Chennai Liver Foundation (CLF) is a voluntary, non-profit organization committed to improving liver health through awareness programs, community education, advocacy, and research. CLF collaborates with national and international institutions to deliver impactful public health initiatives focused on the prevention and control of liver diseases.

Position Summary

The Public Relations Executive will play a key role in expanding CLF’s visibility and impact across both corporate and community networks. The primary focus of this role is to generate CSR leads, organize corporate health camps, and support community outreach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and execute targeted outreach strategies to expand CLF’s presence across corporate and community networks.

· Identify and connect with potential corporate partners for health camps and CSR funding support.

· Generate CSR leads and arrange meetings with CSR heads, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.

· Build and maintain relationships with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), community leaders, and local influencers to support awareness programs.

· Coordinate outreach efforts through email, phone, social media, and in-person visits.

· Maintain records of outreach activity, contacts, and outcomes for internal reporting.

· Work closely with the Project Coordinator and Project Assistant to ensure seamless execution of corporate and community health camps.

Essential Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Social Work, Public Health, or a related field.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi.

· Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work independently in the field.

· Excellent interpersonal and networking skills for both corporate and community engagement.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Willingness to travel frequently across districts (6 days/week) and engage with diverse communities.

· Male Candidates are preferred.

· Minimum 1 year of experience in public relations, outreach, CSR engagement, or similar roles are preferred.
