PUBLIC RELATIONS EXECUTIVE

The Public Relations Executive position at Chennai Liver Foundation (CLF) is a crucial role that involves enhancing CLF's visibility and impact within corporate and community networks. Your main responsibilities will include generating CSR leads, organizing corporate health camps, and supporting community outreach and engagement efforts. Your duties will involve planning and implementing targeted outreach strategies to expand CLF's presence, identifying and connecting with potential corporate partners for health camps and CSR funding support, generating CSR leads and arranging meetings with key stakeholders, building and nurturing relationships with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) and community leaders, and coordinating outreach activities through various channels such as email, phone, social media, and in-person visits. It will also be essential to maintain records of outreach activities, contacts, and outcomes for internal reporting purposes. You will collaborate closely with the Project Coordinator and Project Assistant to ensure the smooth execution of corporate and community health camps. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Social Work, Public Health, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi are required, along with the ability to multitask, take initiative, and work independently. Excellent interpersonal and networking skills for engaging with both corporate and community stakeholders are crucial, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). This position will require frequent travel across districts (6 days/week) and engagement with diverse communities. Male candidates are preferred for this role, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in public relations, outreach, CSR engagement, or similar roles is preferred.
