Public Relations & Event Planner

You will be responsible for managing the brand image and developing PR strategies while organizing successful events within the interior design industry. Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with media, influencers, architects, designers, and industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reputation. Additionally, you will be drafting press releases, media kits, and promotional materials tailored to the interior design audience, managing crisis communication, and coordinating various design-related events such as exhibitions, showroom launches, and industry conferences. Collaboration with internal teams and vendors will be crucial to ensure seamless event execution. You will also handle event budgeting, logistics, and post-event analysis to measure success. Utilizing social media and digital platforms will be essential to amplify PR efforts and showcase design projects, as well as monitoring media coverage and analyzing the effectiveness of PR campaigns. To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of proven experience in PR, event planning, or a related role, preferably within the interior design or architecture industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational and project management abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure while managing multiple projects simultaneously are essential. Proficiency in PR tools, social media, and event management software, as well as a creative mindset with attention to detail, will be advantageous. Additionally, strong networking and relationship-building skills are required. This is a full-time position with benefits including paid sick time and provident fund. The schedule is a day shift, and the work location is in person. Candidates should have the ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Noida, Uttar Pradesh, before starting work. Experience of 2 years in event planning and 1 year in public relations is required for this role.,
