Job Description

Preferred candidate profile

Proficient in PHE design for multi-use buildings especially hospitals (preferable).
Should be proficient in AutoCAD
Should be able to understand Schematics and detailed drawings, interpret sections, site plan, pump room, drawings, and knowledge to read basic architecture.
Conduct site visits to assess existing condition and gather necessary information for design projects
Shall be endowed with good communications skills and be able to communicate with client to address technical queries
Should be conversant with National building codes,
SP-35, CPHEEO and other relevant codes and standards
Coordinate with the project leader and project engineers for the interpretation of drafting assignments
Preparation of Bill of Quantities of PHE system ;preparation of Price Estimate ; Tech Spec ; TDS approval
Responsible for mentoring junior engineers and leading drafting team adhering to project timeline.
