Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance & Operations Management:

  Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and pool facilities post-cleaning to ensure strict adherence to quality standards.
• Manage daily room status: run sold room reports, verify discrepancies, prioritize cleaning schedules, and update room statuses for departing guests.
• Document and resolve room discrepancies efficiently with the Front Desk.
• Prepare, distribute, and communicate any changes in room assignments to the team.
• Communicate all relevant operational issues to the next shift for a smooth transition.
• Complete all required daily paperwork accurately.

• Team Leadership & Support:

  Support Housekeeping management in overseeing and coordinating daily activities.
• Serve as a crucial liaison, coordinating efforts between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry departments.
• Assist management in various HR functions, including hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.

• Safety, Security & Professionalism:

  Adhere strictly to all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
• Promptly report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; ensure completion of safety training and certifications.
• Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.
• Uphold confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.

• Guest Service Excellence & Interpersonal Skills:

  Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, proactively addressing their service needs and assisting individuals with disabilities.
• Communicate with guests and colleagues using clear, professional language, demonstrating genuine appreciation.
• Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, actively listening and responding to their concerns.
• Ensure all tasks and services meet quality expectations and standards.

• Physical Demands:

  Ability to move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 55 pounds independently, and over 55 pounds with assistance.
• Capable of pushing and pulling loaded housekeeping carts and other work-related machinery over varying surfaces.
• Frequent reaching overhead, bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, standing, sitting, kneeling, or walking for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Possess fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for grasping, turning, and manipulating objects.
• Proficiency in entering and locating work-related information using computers and/or point-of-sale systems, and visually verifying information in various formats.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education:

  High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

• Related Work Experience:

  At least 1 year of related work experience.

• Supervisory Experience:

  At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

• License or Certification:

  None required.
