Location:- Pune

Job Responsiblities:-

2 to 8 years of experience in handling end-to-end
Procure to Pay (P2P)
activities including
invoice processing
,
payment reminders
,
vendor reconciliations
, and
ageing analysis
Experience in reviewing and preparing
Vendor Payment Proposals
Proficient in
GRIR Posting
,
Reconciliation
, and
Ageing Analysis
Ability to ensure timely invoice processing
Experience in reviewing Intercompany Invoices and Payments, and coordinating with internal departments and associated companies
Ability to learn quickly, adapt to in-house systems and suggest improvements
Support in preparing various monthly reporting activities

Job Qualification

Bachelor's / Masters degree in Finance/Commerce

Must Have Skills

Strong domain knowledge in
P2P processes
Proficiency in
SAP
MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint skills is must)

Good to have skills

Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) tool knowledge
GRIR & Vendor Reconciliation

Soft Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure with quick turnaround times
Proactive, and self-motivated
