Invoice Processing:
• Receive and review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.• Code and enter invoices into the ERP system ensuring accurate and timely processing.• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues with invoices.
Resolve help desk queries
Payment Processing:
• Prepare and process weekly/monthly payment runs in accordance with payment terms.• Verify and reconcile payment batches before processing.• Collaborate with Treasury to ensure timely and accurate disbursement of payments.
VEndor Management:
• Maintain vendor relationships by responding to inquiries and resolving payment-related issues promptly.• Collaborate with procurement to ensure proper documentation and approval for vendor invoices.• Conduct periodic vendor statement reconciliations.
Expense Reporting:
• Process employee expense reports, ensuring adherence to company policies.• Verify receipts, approvals, and coding of expenses before reimbursement.
REporting:
Provide management with insights into payable related metrix and trends• Generate and analyse reports related to accounts payable as needed.
Enthusiastic person who is eager to contribute to team success through hard work, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. A clear understanding of end-to-end Accounts receivable process. Good communication skills. Teamwork the ability to work well within the team is key to this role.
