Role Overview

• Duration:

   2.5 to 3 months (Project-Based)

• Location:

   Jaipur (On-ground + Remote work)

• Compensation:

   ₹10,000 (per batch)

• Commitment:

   10–12 live classes (2 hours each) + assignment evaluation + mentorship support

• Key Responsibilities

• Teaching & Mentorship:

   Deliver interactive sessions and simplify complex psychological concepts.

• Student Engagement:

   Track progress, resolve queries, and foster active participation.

• Assessment & Grading:

   Evaluate quizzes, assignments, and project submissions.

• Innovative Teaching:

   Use real-life cases, activities, and creative strategies for deeper learning.

• Program Coordination:

   Work with the curriculum team for smooth execution.

• Supervision

   Accompany students on a 

  7–10 day practical destination visit

   and supervise their field-based learning experience.

Educational Qualifications

Master’s degree in Psychology (any specialization)

PhD candidates are encouraged to apply

NET/SET qualified or post-master’s qualifications preferred

Work Experience

• Minimum 1–1.5 years

   of teaching psychology 

  OR

• 3 years

   of professional therapy practice 

  Or

• PhD candidates (pursuing or completed)

    – A one-on-one discussion with the Founder to understand your expertise, vision, and alignment with the program.
