🔎 Job Opening: Independent Raters for Ongoing Psychotherapy Research Study (Remote, Paid)

We’re recruiting again — this time for two additional independent raters to join an ongoing psychotherapy research study analyzing therapy session transcripts.

This is a remote, paid role ideal for clinicians and early-career therapists who are drawn to process work, identity exploration, and the deeper structures that shape therapeutic change.

About the Role

As an independent rater, you will:

• Review anonymized therapy session excerpts

• Identify shifts in client emotional and cognitive meaning-making

• Apply a structured coding framework developed as part of the research

• Contribute to a rigorous academic study focused on therapeutic communication

You’ll begin with guided training and calibration before moving into the scoring phase.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: MA in Clinical or Counselling Psychology, or MPhil in Clinical Psychology

• 1–4+ years of therapy experience

• Familiarity with identity-focused, trauma-informed, or depth/process models

• Strong observational and reflective capacity

• Research experience is an asset but not required

Time Commitment & Compensation

• Approximately 3–4 hours per week

• Fully remote

• Compensation will be provided

• Engagement from September to January, with option to extend
