Position Summary:

Counsellors

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide

  individual counselling sessions

  to clients dealing with personal, emotional, or psychological issues.
• Maintain

  accurate and confidential client records

  as per organizational and ethical guidelines.
• Contribute to

  mental health awareness initiatives

  and wellness programs at the client site.
• Collaborate with site management and other professionals to promote a mentally healthy workplace.
• Monitor client progress and provide follow-up support as required.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Master’s degree in

  Psychology

  or

  Counselling

  (Clinical/Counseling Psychology preferred).
• Minimum

  3 years of relevant counselling experience

  .
• Excellent

  interpersonal and communication skills

  .
• Comfortable working

  on-site, 6 days a week

  .
• Proficiency in local language(s) is a plus.
