Job Title: Psychologist – Student Counsellor

Location: Sikkim

We are looking for an experienced and empathetic Psychologist to support the academic and emotional well-being of students. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about youth development and mental health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group counselling for academic, emotional, and behavioural concerns.
• Administer psychometric and aptitude tests to assess student strengths and interests.
• Provide support with stress, anxiety, motivation, time management, and study skills.
• Organize wellness programs, mental health workshops, and awareness drives.
• Collaborate with faculty and departments for holistic student support.
• Maintain confidential case records and generate regular counselling reports.
• Refer students to external mental health professionals as needed.
• Recommend academic accommodations for students with special needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• M.Sc. in Psychology (Clinical/Counselling/Educational).
• 5–7 years of counselling experience in educational settings.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and rapport-building skills.
