Role Overview

We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Therapist to provide virtual counseling and support to clients worldwide. You will deliver evidence-based therapy, track progress, and contribute to a positive, client-centered experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide online individual therapy sessions (video/chat/phone)
• Conduct assessments & create treatment plans
• Use evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, mindfulness, etc.)
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with our clinical team as needed
• Ensure confidentiality and ethical practice

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Valid clinical license (LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, etc.)
• 13 years of therapy experience
• Strong communication & comfort with virtual care
