Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Counsellor with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to deliver virtual and onsite therapy support to clients. The role involves counseling individuals, maintaining detailed documentation, and advancing mental health initiatives across Assam.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual counselling sessions through online platforms.
• Perform onsite visits as needed for client support and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, case reports, and progress notes.
• Deliver mental health awareness sessions and support internal wellness initiatives.
• Coordinate with partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Counselling.
• Minimum of 3 years’ professional counselling experience.
• Comfortable conducting sessions via virtual platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
