Analyze data and create comprehensive reports using Microsoft Excel to support decision-making.
Drive conversations with stakeholders to understand their needs and align projects accordingly.
Partner with various departments and teams to execute projects and tactical tasks efficiently.
Present findings, updates, and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure excellent communication and collaboration with teams based in the North America / Europe / Australia / Singapore / Dubai.
Exhibit the ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
Independently handle tasks and projects with minimal assistance, taking full ownership.
Demonstrate a strong sense of judgment and discretion in decision-making and stakeholder interactions.
4-6 years of total work experience in a similar role.
Proven experience with Salesforce and/or Certinia (FinancialForce).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) are mandatory.
Demonstrated ability to interact confidently with senior management and C-level executives.
Project management certification is highly desirable, but not a mandatory requirement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
