Crimson World School, Rudrapur is inviting applications for the position of PRT Hindi Teacher. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Hindi teaching along with the ability to communicate effectively in English.

KEY RESULT AREAS & TASKS:

Plan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum.
Develop students’ reading, writing, and speaking proficiency in Hindi.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
Create an interactive and student-friendly classroom environment.
Track student performance and maintain academic records.
Support holistic development through cultural and language-based activities.
Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.
Participate in school events, celebrations, and co-curricular activities.
Ensure discipline and classroom management at all times.

CANDIDATE PROFILE SPECIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: Graduate with B.Ed./D.El.Ed. (Hindi specialization preferred)

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1–3 years of Hindi teaching experience (CBSE school preferred).

SKILLSET:

Strong Hindi language teaching skills.
Good English communication skills.
Classroom management ability.
Understanding of child psychology and learning styles.
Ability to integrate activity-based and experiential learning.
Knowledge of smart class tools and basic computer operations.
