Job Title: Primary Teacher (PRT)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher (PRT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing learning environment for students of Grades Montessori-II, ensuring their academic, social, and emotional growth through engaging and innovative teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with CBSE curriculum.

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning.

Use various teaching strategies and modern digital tools to support differentiated learning needs.

Monitor, assess, and evaluate student progress regularly and maintain accurate records.

Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student performance, behavior, and progress.

Participate in school events, professional development programs, workshops, and parent-teacher meetings.

Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the educational environment of the school.

Encourage student participation in co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.

Promote discipline, respect, and a sense of responsibility among students.

Uphold school values, ethics, and child-safety norms in all interactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in any discipline with B.Ed. (mandatory).

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in teaching primary classes in a reputed CBSE/ICSE/IB school.

Excellent command over English and strong communication skills.

Proficient in using digital teaching tools (Smart Boards, online platforms, etc.).

Strong classroom management skills and child-centric approach.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Enthusiastic, creative, and innovative in pedagogy.

Preferred Attributes:

CTET qualified (Paper I preferred).

Experience in activity-based or experiential learning methodologies.

Exposure to NEP 2020-aligned teaching practices.
