Job Description

Key Responsibility: Event Planning & Co-ordination, Diplomatic Protocol Expertise, Liaison and communication, Documentation and reporting (National & International Clients and Customer Visits) Develop detailed plans for Official visits, including itineraries, meeting schedules and event agendas. Co-ordinate logistics such as venue selection, transportation arrangements, catering and security protocols. Manage guest list, ensuring proper protocol is followed for seating arrangements and introductions. Stay updated on National & International diplomatic Protocols and customs, including etiquette, greetings and gift giving practices. Advise on appropriate attire and behaviour for official events. Communicate effectively with visiting dignitaries their staff and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution. Co-ordinate with relevant departments within the organization to manage logistics and address any concerns. Maintain detailed records of official visits, including guest lists, event summaries and correspondence. Prepare repots in event outcomes and identify areas of improvements. Required Skill set: Strong Interpersonal Skills Attention to detail Organizational skills Cross-cultural awareness Professional demeanour Language proficiency English and Hindi Must.
