Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through effective marketing strategies and relationship-building with key customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly targets by effectively managing time allocation across multiple priorities.
  • Manage sales of protective coatings to various industries such as Industrial equipment manufacturers, Construction equipment manufacturers, Ship building industry, Railways, Infrastructure projects etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B Sales or related field (Corporate Sales, Institutional Sales).
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Civil Engineering).
  • Strong understanding of industrial coatings technology and applications; waterproofing chemicals (specialization in projects vertical)
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers at all levels.
