Proposals Specialist

As a Proposal Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting sales efforts and leading Sales pursuit teams to deliver compelling offers to clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing leadership and guidance to Sales pursuit teams from initial engagement contact through award - Creating initial direction for contributors and pursuit team members - Project managing a share site and structuring content/document on the site - Scheduling and facilitating Proposal Storyboard Sessions - Conducting detailed reviews of RFx with a focus on requirements - Setting and managing schedules, plans, contacts, deadlines, and progress monitoring - Developing outlines, responsibility matrices, and documentation of requirements - Coordinating activities with graphics, editing, and production/shipping teams - Incorporating strategies, themes, and other materials into response sections - Ensuring clear responses to all questions in the document - Collaborating with various teams to create proposal/presentation materials - Researching and pre-populating proposal response documents with boilerplate content - Ensuring compliance with timelines, requirements, templates, and corporate branding - Alerting management to any issues with due dates or customer requirements - Adding high-quality content to the Content Library You will be responsible for managing small to mid-size projects with minimal supervision, focusing on a primary domain while also contributing to other industries.
