As a Proposal Coordinator/Writer at RADISE India, you will play a crucial role in the IT Staffing Proposals by managing the analysis of RFP documents, creating compliance matrices, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the proposal's accuracy and quality. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze RFP documents to understand requirements and formulate questions for client clarification. - Create a basic compliance matrix and schedule to outline the proposal process from initiation to delivery. - Assist in writing non-technical sections of the proposal, including project descriptions, resumes, team qualifications, and management plans. - Collaborate with Contracts to address financial, legal requirements, and proposal forms as per RFQ/RFP guidelines. - Develop a foundational understanding of all requirements specified in the RFQ/RFP documents. - Produce initial and final versions of proposal documents, ensuring responsiveness to the RFP and basic quality. - Conduct a basic quality check of the final printed proposal documents to ensure compliance with RFP requirements and adherence to proposal development standards. Qualifications: - Any Degree with prior experience in Proposal writing. - Experience in IT Staffing proposals for State/County/Local in the US. - Excellent organization and time management skills to meet strict deadlines. - Strong proficiency in the English language, with exceptional writing skills and the ability to solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
