Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Proposal Writer with 58 years of experience in the IT industry to lead the development of compelling, compliant, and customer-focused proposals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology solutions, enterprise processes, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality proposals that win business. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end proposal development for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and unsolicited proposals in the IT domain. • Analyze solicitation documents to identify compliance requirements, evaluation criteria, and win themes. • Collaborate with sales, technical, legal, and delivery teams to gather content and craft tailored responses. • Write, edit, and format proposal content including executive summaries, technical solutions, case studies, and resumes. • Maintain and update a proposal content library and templates for reuse and consistency. • Ensure proposals meet all client requirements, including formatting, submission guidelines, and deadlines. • Conduct post-submission reviews and contribute to lessons learned for continuous improvement. • Support pre-sales activities including capability statements, presentations, and marketing collateral.
