As a Proposal Writer at Capgemini, you will be responsible for creating content for the Business Services industry, focusing on integrating Customer services offerings with client business strategy. You will be part of the Global Practice Solution Hub team, contributing to the delivery of ICO service innovation and solutions pitches to clients. To excel in this role, you should have proven copywriting experience, exceptional writing and editing skills, and a good understanding of SEO best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Service Product Owner, Solution Architects, Marketing, and Sales teams to develop content strategies aligned with business goals and target audience needs. - Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to produce relevant and impactful content. - Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in tone and style. - Work closely with subject matter experts to gather insights and translate technical information into easily understandable and engaging content. - Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels. - Stay updated with the latest content marketing best practices and apply them to enhance content quality and effectiveness. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in content creation, preferably in the BPO or technology industry. - Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail. - Ability to research and simplify complex concepts into clear, concise content. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently. - Familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus.
